Oleg Shulev is specialised in puppet and visual theatre making. Has worked as a theatre director, actor, playwright, puppet and set designer and builder, professionally and academically. From 2006-2010 he had worked with  Small Puppet Theatre Slon, as well as personal theatrical and musical projects. Recently, as part of the MA in Arts Management programme at the Utrecht School of the Arts, Oleg participated in a fundraising project for Vrede van Utrecht - Utrecht European Capital of Culture 2018; worked on a marketing and audience development campaign for Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra. During the programme, his personal interest was focussed on marketing communications, more specifically, customer engagement in collaboration and co-creation, its adaptation to a cultural context and on preventing the threat to artistic integrity.
